1 head romaine lettuce
1 champagne mango
1 small papaya
Cut and wash all fruits and vegetables, except the orange. Put the lettuce in the plate first and top with fruit. Juice the orange and sprinkle it on the salad.
Add other summer fruits of your liking. While melons may be tempting in this recipe it is best to eat melons alone. See Soul-Full Eating for a food combining guide.
Any citrus dressing can be used in place of the orange.
