Almond butter roll up

Here is a great alternative to peanut butter and jelly.

Mash banana and almond butter.  Spread onto bread or sliced apple or celery stalks.

For raw foodists – use raw almond butter and apple or celery (not sure if this is proper food combining, but it sure tastes good – hey my kid eats it)

I used mashed bananas on so many different things, pretty much anything u would use jelly on.  For pancakes I spread it right on top, or mix with some pure maple syrup.  This cuts down the sweetness, which is a good thing for all of us, especially my son.
