Roasted Butternut Squash

Butternut Squash

Optional:
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Seasoning

Pre-heat oven to 400 F
Cut Butternut Squash in half length wise.  Remove seeds and strings.
Line Baking sheet with parchment paper.  If using optional ingredients brush them on the cut side.  Place squash on paper cut side down.  Bake for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.  It is ready when the top is brown and bubbles start coming out from the bottom side.

Serve warm
