Thanks to our good friend Frank for making some yummy raw food with us. These two are his recipes.
1- lemon, juiced
2 Mangoes. cubed
Cut the stems of the kale (unless u like them), and cut the kale in strips.
Pour in enough oil to lightly coat the kale and massage it in by hand, this will make the kale soft.
Toss in large bowl with remaining ingredients to your liking. (Leave out the mango, avocado and salt if making the following dressing).
Blend all ingredients until smooth and pour over salad.
