Marinated Kale Salad

This recipe can be used as a base for any Kale Salad.

1 head of Kale – cut into strips, (stem removed)
Agave Nectar – to your taste
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Small Amount of Apple Cider Vinegar (a cap full would be enough for 1 head of lettuce
1 Lemon Juiced

Cut kale.  Mix liquids together.  Rub the liquid into the kale or just mix very well, and allow to sit for a few hours.  The longer it sits the softer the kale will be.  Serve cold or at room temperature.

Add other fruits or veggies, or on top of salad greens.  I love to eat the kale just like this.
