Pomadoro Pizza

Pizza Crust – We use Alvarado Bakery sprouted crust
Pomodoro Sauce cooked with Chopped Zucchini
Polenta

Preheat oven as directed on package for crust.

Line pizza baking sheet with parchment paper (won’t stick)

Put a generous amount of sauce on the crust, top with slices of polenta.  Cook as directed on package, should be ready a few minutes before indicated on the package so keep an eye on it.

Keep in mind the parchment paper will cook the bottom quicker than without.  Also make sure the crust is thawed before cooking, or it wont get crunchy.
