1 Cup Finely Cut Oats
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Buckwheat
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Dehydrated fruit of choice, 1 tsp each fruit (list below)
Fresh fruit of choice (list below)
Spice of choice (list below)
Water, hot or room temperature
Optional: Sea Salt & Raw Sweetener (sugar, agave, etc.)
In a serving bowl mix the remaining ingredients (except fresh fruit). Add the water and mix well. Let sit for 2-3 min until it thickens. Top with fresh fruit and serve.
If using room temperature water let the oatmeal sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
This is a raw recipe as long as you use raw ingredients.
The oatmeal can be omitted for a power breakfast.
When using a tea for a spice mix it with the water and steep. Then add it to the oatmeal. This is also a great way to add herbal medicinal teas and herbs to your food (list below)
Also be sure that whatever you add is not too strong of a flavor or you wont eat the dish.
