Soyogurt – Unsweetened
Mashed Banana
Frozen Blueberries (or fresh)
Agave Nectar
Chia Seeds
Hemp Seeds

Mix and serve

Optional: Add fruit and seeds of your choice

We love yogurt.  I decided to switch us to unsweetened and make our own mixtures.  Most yogurts have some form of sugar in it, we can make it sweet without sugar, which the bananas alone do, but I still add a little agave.  The seeds are a great way to make this super nutritious.  They are small and don’t have a flavor in the yogurt.  For a crunch add buckwheat groats.
