Blueberry Muffin-Cupcakes

Use the same recipe as the vanilla cupcakes

Add to the wet ingredients 1/4 mashed blueberries & 1/4 cup whole blueberries – fresh or frozen

This will give 1/2 cup more batter so you will have bigger cupcake-muffins.

I call these muffins and cupcakes because they really can be used as either, to make them cupcakes just add your icing of choice.  blueberry muffin cupcake
