Baked Red Potato wedges

6 large red potatoes
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Sprinkle celery salt
Sprinkle of paprika

Preheat oven at 400 degrees F
Wash potatoes and remove eyes, cut in quarters.
Put in large bowl, drizzle on oil and sprinkle on seasonings.
Toss until well coated
Line a baking sheet w parchment paper.
Spread out the potatoes evenly and bake for 15 minutes, then turn, the parchment paper will cause the bottoms to brown faster. Bake another 10-15 min or the edges are brown.
Serve
