8-10 Brussels sprouts
2 tsp oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Dash celery salt
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F
Wash the brussels sprouts, cut the stem from the end and the outer layer of leaves if discolored. The bottom should be cut so the whole stem is removed and the bottoms of the leaves are exposed and cut. Leaving the stems attached will make them soggy.
Place in large bowl and toss w remaining ingredients until well coated.
Line a baking sheet w parchment paper. Spread out Brussels sprouts evenly and bake 10-15 min, until outer leaves get brown on edges. The part contacting the paper should get brown as well.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
Can also be eaten cold
Optional sprinkle lemon juice prior to serving.
