Melon Ice Pops

A favorite treat for my toddler son, great in summertime, or any time of the year.

Cut up and eat your melon, what’s left over is perfect to make ice pops. Scoop out melon, blend or mash and pour into ice pop molds. Serve frozen.

Mashed melon will stay more intact, blended may cause the juice and fiber to separate. I’ve found watermelon best mashed, honeydew and cantaloup do good when blended.
