Beet chips

Just made a small batch Of these and Joshua is eating them up! Time for more.

Beet
Sea salt

Peel the beet, slice thinly w a mandolin. Place on a baking sheet lined w parchment paper.

Sprinkle on some sea salt.

Cook 350 F, for 15-20 min. Allow to cool.

keep an eye on them so they don’t burn. Mine got a little brown but Joshua seems to prefer them over the ones that aren’t.

I originally tried this with oil, but they became soggy when they cooled. Without oil they get crispier!
