1 large onion, chopped
4 cups cooked Quinoa
Handful of diced Dill
Turmeric, 1 Tbsp
Sea salt to taste (added prior to serving)
In large pot sauté the onion and turmeric in a small amount of water. Be sure to add water as needed.
Add dill and allow it to heat up.
Turn off heat and toss in quinoa and sea salt to taste.
In a pressure cooker or rice cooker:
Follow the same directions, preparing the onion and turmeric in cooker. Add 2 cups dry quinoa + 4 cups water.
Pressure cook on high for 1 minute, then let it sit for 20 minutes to allow to steam cook. Add dill and salt to taste.
Rice cooker- just press cook and it will beep when done. Add dill and sea salt to taste.
