Pasta and broccoli in miso sauce

I just whipped up this yummy lunch in less than 10 minutes, with a baby in the sling, so easy! Well the pasta was already made, just tossed everything in the pan to heat added dressing and ‘tada’!

1 bag brown rice pasta
1 pound frozen or fresh broccoli
1/4 cup miso dressing
Sea salt to taste

Prepare pasta as directed on package.
Fresh broccoli, wash thoroughly and cut into florets. For frozen, no prep necessary. Steam broccoli until soft.

Toss all ingredients together and serve.

Can be served hot or cold.
