A twist on traditional hummus, great with raw vegetables
1 Cups black beans, drained and rinsed
1 close garlic, roughly chopped
2 Tablespoons Tahini
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon Tamari
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and serve. Allow to chill if needed.
Mix in 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro.
Sprinkle paprika on top prior to serving.
