This has quickly become my kids favorite goodie! Simple, delicious and healthy! My family thought I added sugar to it, no!
This was the only pic I could take before the family ate it up.
Bananas, peaches, apples, pears, nectarines, apricots, etc..
Put chopped fruit in a baking dish.
Bake at 350 deg F for 15 minutes. If it looks dry cover with water. I find with lots of stone fruit (nectarines, apricot, etc) the juices are enough and no water is needed.
Bake another half an hour.
The top layer will start to brown a little. If using water it will all look mushy. If not using water and using lots of stone fruit you will see carmalized juice that will start to brown.
